Description
- Introduction to non parametric statistics.
- Hypotheses testing based on Binomial distribution (sign test, McNemar test, Cox and Stuart test).
- Non parametric methods based on ranks for one or two samples (Wilcoxon test for one sample or paired sample, Mann-Whitney test, Kruskal-Wallis test, Friedman test). Testing equality of variances. Association measures (Spearman correlation coefficient, Kendall correlation coefficient).
- Goodness of fit tests (Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Lilliefors test for normality and exponentiality, Shapiro-Wilk test).
- Hypotheses testing for the equality of two distributions (Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Cramer-von Mises test).
- Hypotheses testing for the equality multiple distributions based on more than two independent samples.
- Nonparametric regression.
- Contingency tables (Chi-square test, McNemar test).
