The Internship (PA) is optional, it is part of the General and Pedagogical Knowledge elective courses and counts as one of those courses required to obtain a degree, receiving four (4) ECTS. The ECTS will be listed in the Diploma Supplement, whereas the final grade of the Internship examination will be recorded as Pass or as Fail, and for this reason the grade of this course is not counted in the final diploma grades.
The course can be found in the list of the modules taught in the third (3rd) and fourth (4th) years of study during the fall and/or spring semester and is implemented during the summer period (July-August). The subject of the Internship must be relevant to the subject of study.
The aim of the Internship is to bring the students of the Department in contact with real workplaces, so that they gain valuable work experience before graduation. The Internship is paid through a program funding that is granted from 2014-2020.
