Description
- Analysis of Variance (ANOVA): Testing for the means of k independent normal distributions, One-way ANOVA matrix, Two-way ANOVA matrix with and without interaction. Multiple comparisons, fixed and random effects, one-way random effects ANOVA.
- Regression analysis: Simple linear model, Parameter estimation of simple linear model, Coefficient of determination, confidence intervals, hypotheses testing for the parameters of the simple linear model, linear correlation coefficient.
- General linear model, hypotheses testing of the general linear model.
- Non-parametric procedures: Goodness-of-fit tests (X2, Kolmogorov -Smirnov). Sign test, Wilcoxon, Mann-Whitney, Kruskal-Wallis, Wald-Wolfowitz, Spearman coefficient.
- Analysis of categorical data: comparison of ratios for two (or more) independent samples, McNemar test, test of independence, test of homogeneity.
